Sales Associate

Braebon Medical Corporation, a world leading manufacturer and distributor of snoring and sleep apnea medical products, requires a Sales Associate for Ottawa, Ontario to represent their company and its products. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic and highly self-motivated individual to join a professional ISO 13485 organization which supplies high quality products on an international level.

The successful candidate has a university degree, is professional and enjoys working independently and must be available to travel. We require proven sales experience, customer service orientation and a highly motivated, competitive person. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and computer knowledge are required.

Shipper and Receiver

Braebon Medical Corporation, a world leading manufacturer and distributor of snoring and sleep apnea medical products, require a talented, self-motivated individual to join our Team. This dynamic person will be responsible for shipping and receiving, finished goods inventory, returned materials. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic and highly self-motivated individual to join a professional ISO 13485 organization which supplies high quality products on an international level.

Requirements:

 Shipping and receiving, including:

. Kitting, boxing, labelling outgoing materials
. NAFTA and International shipping logistics
. Shipment scheduling and tracking with major express carrier companies
. Assisting in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks
. Maintaining the shipping and receiving area
. Maintaining waste management of cardboard and garbage
. Maintaining database entries and records filing
. Ensuring compliance with OH&S standards

Inventory management, including:

. Maintaining the Finished Goods inventory area
. Cycle counts, stocking-level alerts and housekeeping of designated area

RMA processing, including:

. Receiving incoming RMA material
. Initiating internal processing of incoming RMA’s
. Assist kitting functions of Raw Material to the production floor.

Other:
. High School Graduate / Post Secondary Education an Asset
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and inventory control software
. Ability to work in a team oriented fast paced environment
